No I didn't see this in the Weekly World News.. (but I do miss that newspaper!) Some guy is saying he tweaked his '87 Mustang GT and now he can go 0-60 in 3 seconds and get 110 mpg. If this isn't a huge steaming pile of BS, I don't know what is.

I don't believe it. Most ultra-efficient efforts use very little displacement and a lot of variable valve timing and even compression. I don't see how 302 CI can be that efficient with all that friction and old-school pushrods. Maybe he has a hybrid powertrain?
