dont need a bbc when u have a bbf and a small turbo. this was my set up before i had my bike wreck. 547 ci 101mm turbo.

MM&FF did an article on a mach 1 pro street car that made around 900hp on a 318 that spun to 10k rpms, but every pass he pulls the valve covers and relashes the valves etc

this kind of defeats the Idea of 1100 n/a

The turbo isn't acutally hooked up. He just wanted to use an intercooler to cool down his intake charge and you need a power adder to do that right?

440 SBF in a RDI aluminum block
ford racing yates SC1 canted valve heads (far from cheap... be prepared to spend more for the heads then 90% of you have in the a long block)
ford racing intake to match
14:1 compression
custom cam

thats the basic combo of the race car. thats making close to 1000NA with the nitrous cam

Kasse and a few others will do big block stuff well over that range.
