Electrical 12 Volt Dedicated Circuit

I'm in the process of installing a Snow Methanol kit, and am to the point where I am finishing up the electrical work. My next step is to connect the controller to a preferred 12 volt key on circuit, fused for 10-15 amps. With that said, I'd like to know the correct process to getting this completed?
