Electrical 130 amp alternator power wiring

Hello,
I'm doing the 130 amp alternator swap this morning. I'm a bit confused on what to do with the two existing black/orange wires when I hook up the new 4 gauge power wire. It seems like I should leave them disconnected and wrap them up. Can anyone confirm that?

Thanks. I have it in and working. I left the two black/orange wires disconnected at the alternator. I'll have to check my grounds. I haven't seen anything talk about grounds until this write up.
