Well I finally broke into the 13's. I ran a 13.954 @ 99.12. We went out Friday night but something seemed wrong. I was down to 97mph trap speeds which is the lowest I've been for a long time. The air was cool and everything seemed fine except for traction, track was cold and prep was crappy. We figured the car was running lean somehow to be losing that much power. I figured it out at the end of the night but it was too late. There wasn't enough fuel in the tank. I had less than an 1/8. The fuel pump was picking up air. I made sure I had over 1/2 a tank last night. Everything worked fine. We were back to trapping 99mph again. I hit my 13.954 on my third run. The corrected altitude was 4888ft. Finally got the monkey off my back. I actually pulled off an 11.59 @ 641mph last night too!! the timing system crapped itself when i was making a pass against a 12 second Mopar. I watched my time come on before I went through the traps! LOL . I wish.

Good stuff, I try to go to the track with at least a 1/4 or more give or take. Yer lucky that what happened to me didn't happen to you. Run lean and knock = two cracked pistons.
