Has anyone attempted a 10" wide rear wheel on a 69 mustang? I see dodgestangs chart the largest was 9.5" wide, but i cant find any wheels that are 9.5" wide, but plenty of 10" wide wheels. Has anyone tried this? I want to get 315s underneath the stock wheel well in the back. Ill massage it if i have to. What do you guys think? Im gonna use a 6" BS wheel.

I have 15x10 Cragar Street Stars on my 69 Mustang. I do have a little

Higher lift springs on the back so I dont have any clearance issues. Im

running N5015 tires which are to big. I was thinking of running a 265 or 275

60 on the back. I tried posting some pictures but I couldn't get it to work.

Your not going to be able to do it. The 15x10's shouldn't be too much of a problem. But the 315's will be.

6" of BS will work for the rim, but I think if you run the 315's the tire will rub on the leaf spring. Probably the fender too..

You can fit any tire you want if your massage the fender enough.

But to fit a 315 tire at factory ride height, we're talking about cutting out metal and re-shaping the fenders. Not just rolling the lips or something.
