I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what backspace to use, this is on a 90 mustang. I already searched the forums and found nothing. I plan on going with the bulletts from American Muscle that has a 5.72 b.s. and a 30 mm offset up front. Also does any of you fox body owners have 17 by 8's up front with coilovers? If so whats your brake setup and how much b.s. do you have?

Is your mustang a 95? ...Or a fox body? Do you have coilovers? ...Sorry for all the questions, I'm just curious what you have .

No but the whole front suspension and brakes and all that is off a 95gt, I used to have a 95 gt when I joined here, then I sold it, No coilovers, but it shouldnt matter. Its an 86 gt, exploder engine, gt40's blah blah LOL

So I'm assuming the front wheels are a little too tucked in for your taste?

If you ever get a chance could you post some pics up, I want to see how the front wheels look with the fender...thanks

So the spacers that you ordered, were to make clearance for the centercaps and NOT because you had tire clearance issues?

its for this reason i converted to sn95 brakes all around best decsion ever that and my 17 x 9s .. they are the split 5 spokes and they are 9 inches wide... I measured em 42 times... and i had to get shorter axle shafts too.
I rub a bit cuz its lowered too but im fixin that soon
