Howdy ya'll from Texas!
First time poster, long time troll.
I am restoring my 1966 Ford Mustang into a Restomod. I received a 302 engine when I bought the car and had it rebuilt. We took out the original 289 V8 2bbl from the vehicle and now it sits (with the 3spd tranny attached) under a tarp on my driveway.
If anyone wants a nice engine for an original restore, this engine is for you. The OD on the stang states 77,000 when I bought it..and I have no idea if thats original mileage or not. It wouldnt surprise me because we bought the car from an old guy who had it under a cover for about 20 years.
We almost got it running before we decided to rebuild the 302. It comes with the 3 spd tranny if you want it.
