I just purchased a 1966 Convertible, and for some reason the fella that had it before me didn't install the snaps that go on the trim, (I think) that the boot attaches to, he just used plain screws. Also, the little hooks that're supposed to hold the convertible top down are missing. I think these - http://www.mustangpartshouse.com/products.php?scid=421 are what I need, can anybody confirm? Also, what is the best online source for aftermarket parts?

I'm sure most of the major parts houses have them. NPD lists them on page 36 & 37; CJ Pony list the snaps on 170 and the latch hooks on 183. I think both places list them for the same price.

I don't think the top latch hook is what I'm looking for, I need the little doodlymcbobber that holds the convertible top down in the rear of the car, behind the drivers seat. I'm missing one of the L brackets that hold it down, and the other is broken. I've looked for these, but can't seem to find them. What're they called?

<<Edit: Nevermind, I'm an idiot...I looked @ the page you suggested>>
