Am replacing the 289 K Code that is in my '66 Sunbeam Tiger with a Ford Racing 302 and selling the 289.
The car and engine are located at the East End Rod Shop in Annmoore, WV (Near Clarksburg/Morgantown area).
It's been in the car since it was restored by original owner in the late '90's. Had 150-160 compression in all cylinders when I bought it in 2004. Has had less than 3k miles on it since I bought it. Runs 40 psi oil pressure at idle and 60+ at speed. The guy that did the restoration put hydraulic lifters and roller rockers in when he installed it. I believe it was in either a late 1966 or early 1967 Mustang GT originally.
Asking $7k but will entertain best offers.
