Hi all, new owner of a 1968 mustang Coupe with 289. I'm having an issue where my brake lights aren't coming on. I checked the Brake Light switch at the peddle and it has power. I can confirm the running lights work with the headlights on. Also my right blinker works but not the left (suspect wiring issue).
What should I be looking for? Should I start by replacing the switch in case its bad?

Turn signal switch usually causes a lot of issues . For the brake lights ,if you have power at the switch but not at the lights it may be the switch on the pedal . Un plug the switch and jump the wires ans see if the lights come on ,if they do it is the pedal switch
