Trying to change over to 134a. Cleaned the system with solvent and air, drained the pump, blew out lines, condenser dryer, and evaporator. Installed 134 oil and Freon. Sight glass looked like a mud flow. I can get about 65 degrees. Worked well with r12. What's wrong?
what are your pressures running? also you cant fill your system using the sight glass with R134a as you can run into the problem of putting too much refrigerant in and possibly running into hydrostatic lock.
