Cylinder, valve body, hoses supposed to have been replaced prior to my ownership. I put new drag link, idler arm, and tie rods as the PO was a moron and a hack...long story...full price and I’ll include a valve body rebuild and seal kit and cylinder bushings. I bought them because I thought the valve was bad...it’s not. Everything is tight and leak free, the grime is from a leaking valve cover gasket. Converting to rack and pinion, don’t need this anymore.
