I am a credentialed appraiser tasked with valuing one of the very few "X Garage" Mustangs to escape the hammer into drag racing. Now, I have an "XO" VIN number from the subject's windshield but can find no decoding source. (Marti won't do it). Do any of you folks know if someone has solved this riddle? Thank you.
