1970 mustang help

I need help with the reassembly of my Mustang. I bought the car and boxes of parts from the seller and am trying to figure out how to put it back together. Can anyone tell me where the antennae hole is supposed to be under the dash for the cable and grommet to enter the car? Also is there supposed to be rubber body plugs in the 2 large access holes on either end of the dash? Seems like these holes should be closed off from the outside these holes are about 3" wide by 4" long.
