Hi all.
We have a small problem...
Last night the alternator belt broke and went into the radiator.
Now we need an new radiator, only we live in the Netherlands where the parts are not widely available.
Normally we buy from Ro....com, because of the normal shipping costs, but they have no radiator for Mustang II.
My question is this, what is a direct replacement for this 302V8 or Maybe a radiator from a mid 1970s Maverick will fit (they have this one in stock..)??
Or a radiator which will fit with some modification is also good.

If you have any tips on a new radiator or what fits, please tell us.
Thank you!

Greets from Holland,
Kees

I'm not sure I'll be a lot of help for the question you're asking, but are you able to take the radiator to a shop and have them recore it? I would think that a good, reputable shop should be able to do that as long as your reservoirs are in good condition.

Thanks for your tip, but overhere it is just as expensive as a new one.
Plus this one is over 40 years old, so doesn’t look like new haha.
If I can’t get a new one that fits, this is for sure the thing to do.
Thanks again!

Thanks Stang II.
We have bought an universal radiator.
It was slightly bigger than the stock one, we had to trim the body a bit where the radiator mounts and a bit if the radiator flances aswell.
Also did we to make new mounts and a new different Lower hose.
It is an aluminium 3-row radiator with an intern transmission cooler.
