CAR WONT START!?!?!? So there is no spark but when you stop turning the key it Sparks found that out with a shock.... Replaced the ignition switch, coil, ignition control module. Every thing has been replaced in the last 6 months new motor new ignition system new paint new tires was going to start on interior over the weekend when it started doing this.

Ahh, 1983, make, model, engine size, trans type, color and tire size please.

Mercury Capri 5.0 4 gear manual it's red and I have 15in 10 hole rims. I do not know what the transmission typ is called

You need to swap to pony wheels, you get a 5 hp gain by swapping to pony wheels but that is moot if it don't run.
Seriously, give us a pic of the engine compartment, not that it will help, I just like to feel like I'm there. This year I think will have a dura spark ignition system so our cranks but no start checklist will not be very useful. I would start by inspecting the ignition and the control box on the inner fender, it's a aluminum box that control spark and stuff, look for a sticky substance coming from under it.
do you have a repair manual for this car?

I will send photo soon I have also replaced the ignition switch and the ignition control module that aluminum box on the side of the fender.

Yes it was driving I was taking it down the block and my foot slipped off the clutch and I killed it and this is what it started doing
