Electrical 1986 GT Turn signal / Hazard lights relay locations

I have looked in the book and for these relays and it says for the turn signal; "front side of fuse box", and for the hazard light; "behind right side of instrument panel above glove box". When it says above glove box, does it mean, A. remove the dash pad or B. remove the glove box and look above????

Anyone else have switched these out?
