Electrical Hazards dont work - but turn signals do

Hey all. Need some help - my hazards dont work. I changed the fuse, both turn signal and hazard relays. Replaced the switch. Replaced the pigtail for the switch. Replaced the multiswitch. And still. NO Hazards!
What could I be missing? Any advice ?

Usually the hazards and the turn signals have seperate blinkers

I see op changed both the different relays, all your bulbs working correctly? Might have a bulb out
