SOLD 1986 Mercury Capri 5.0 5-speed

Included in pics are the the rust I found on the floor pans after removing the carpet quarter panel rust both sides purchased a new welder and helmet and interior parts I have bought for the restoration I was 30yrs old when purchased now 68 thought I would fix it but I finally concluded I will never get around to it so. This is a outrageous price considering I want to sell it but I'm not motivated to do it quickly or negotiate much want $11,000

I saw your post. I was a soldier and in 1986 when I was Commissioned a Lieutenant I purchased my first new real car a 1986 Capri 5.0. It was red with black ground effects kit over gray. I had it 3 years and when a newly wed my wife was in a major accident with it and bent the frame. I traded it in on a family car and saw it 12 years later but the young man would not sell it to me. I have been looking for one for the last 15 years. Where are you located? I would love to see it, would be interested in it and would give it a great home.

well didn't expect alot of response because of the price if you were interested what would be a reasonable price to ask for this machine with its rust having second thoughts about selling it now may wait 2 years before trying to sell again if no luck now Thanks
