Hello everyone. I recently bought a 87 foxbody 5.0 with the HO motor. When I got it team like crap. I replaced all the vacuum lines. Upper and lower intake gaskets. Plugs and wires. And brand new injectors because one was bad. Now I have it back together and can’t seem to get it to run well at all. The timing is set to 10° of advancement and I’ve played with it to see if that would help. No luck. I have one vacuum line going from the front of the upper intake tree to the T on the driver side rear of the upper intake. I have a the red hose going to fuel regulator and another hose going to the pcv valve and one to the brake booster. All which I belive is correct. My issue is I can’t figure out where this last hose coming off the T that I mentioned before. It has vacuum and if plug it the car won’t run. If I hook it up to the MAP sensor the car won’t run. So I have a vacuum leak there and my MAP sensor doesn’t have a hose connected to it. My question is Where does the map sensor hose go to exactly and where does the hose from the T go to. Do I have hoses backwards? Please I am at a standstill and can’t figure it out. Thanks a lot

harry

Post some high resolution images of your engine bay and any lines or components you're talking about.

Pull and post your EEC Codes.
