pretty easy
remove the rear seat
remove the rear interior 1/4 pWDanel
remove the cover that is over the motor
unplug the electrical connection for the motor
three bolts hold the motor in- remove them
the motor will come right out
reinstall the new motor in reverse order- out some grease on the motor gear and spray some WD40 on the regulator gear and on the shaft the window slides on

Thanks karthief and mikestang 63 I removed the faulty motor thanks to you guys. The replacement motor I purchased did not match, I think it is for front LHS door, however I stripped down the old motor and the armature gear was jammed with the winder gear, I removed armature and reassembled the motor and it worked fine. There is an adjust screw/ lock nut on top of the motor does it need adjusting to prevent future gear lockups in the future.

Thanks karthief and mikestang 63. I removed the faulty motor ok thanks to you guys. The replacement motor I purchased did not match, I think it is for front LHS door, however I stripped down the old motor and the gears were locked up, I freed them up and reassembled the motor and it worked fine. Do I need to adjust screw/lock nut on the top of motor to prevent this happening in the future.

No, I've never messed with that end of them. Just replaced the pucs and an occasional drive wheel, guess I should have mentioned the rears have a different mount, don't think you can buy the rear ones, I keep a couple around just because, well, just because I keep things like that, I'd keep more 'stuff' but that lawn mower needs a place to live.

make sure you open up the motor and repalce the pastic nubs with new ones and then repack with grease.
