I replaced my fuel pressure regulator with a new adjustable one from aeromotive. The problem was after the install my EGR valve would not go back on. The new regulator has the vacuum line coming out of the side instead of the top. I don't want to buy another fuel pressure regulator. I know the Kirban FPR works with the stock EGR setup.
That being said I removed the EGR setup and plugged the vacuum line.
I will be adjusting my roller rockers this weekend and will have the upper intake off. I figured while I have it off I will plug the EGR hole in the lower intake. The easiest way I see to use a piece of aluminum to cover the EGR hole. I would cut this out of an aluminum can and make it large enough so it will not get sucked into the lower intake.
