1994 Red Leather vs. 2005 Red Leather

Anybody know if the red leather used in 2005 Mustangs is the same shade/color as the red leather in a 1994 Mustang?

• Opal Gray
• Saddle
• White (Convertible models only)

1999-2004 Mustang Interior Colors​

• Dark Charcoal
• Medium Graphite
• Medium Parchment
• Oxford White (for leather seats)
• Dark Charcoal Comfort Weave Leather (specifically for Mach 1 models)

These colors were available in a variety of trims, including cloth and leather seats. Some years also had unique colors and combinations, like the Bright Red for earlier models or the Mystichrome package available on the 2004 SVT Cobra.

• Ebony Black (Code: 3A)
• Medium Parchment (Code: 2A)
• Light Stone (Code: 1A)
• Dark Pewter (Code: 4A)
• Charcoal (Code: 5A)
• Cashmere (Code: 6A)

There's no code for a "Red" that I can find for either model year.

Do you have any info on the color you are trying to match?

Thanks for the info. Interesting... I'll know more in a few days the covers are being shipped out this week. I'm doing the front seat swap of S197's into my '94 GT that has a red interior with factory red leather. My driver's seat is trashed and I'm hoping the 2005 color is a close match. From what I've seen of pictures it looks the same.

Whoops... I made an error in my post above. 98 to 99 model years were different.

I corrected the table.

Hard to really say. 11 year difference. No real reason for Ford to keep it the same. But it looks close

The code on my Marti report shows it as "4F Bright Red Leather".
