1995 GT Convertible-Side Exhaust Question

1995 Mustang GT Convertible

I was hoping some of the 1994-1998 convertible owners could help me. I’m looking into converting my dual Flowmaster rear exhaust into Borla side exhaust with SVO skirts. I’ve heard of some possible complications with the subframe connectors interfering with the side exhaust. Have any of you done this before?
