My mustang just recently started to do this. Whenever I give it gas it doesn’t matter what gear I’m in it sputters and shakes like it’s not getting enough fuel or spark. I hooked up a scanner to it and it said I had misfires on cylinders 3,4 and 7. I replaced the spark plugs and it fixed my rough idle and bad stutter but the sputtering is still pretty bad. I’ve changed the coil packs,plugs,fuel filter, and that’s about all Ik on what could be wrong
