1997 Cobra Convertible Sale Value?

I'm going to sell my '97 Cobra and I was curious what the community felt what would be a good starting price would be. It's a daily driver but still looks pretty good. It's red with black top and black leather interior. It's got 206k miles. The only mods are cold air kit and new h-pipe w/o the cats with Flowmaster mufflers. Sounds awesome! I'm assuming it might be worth more to a Mustang enthusiast than NADA would suggest. Thanks for all your insights!

Don't be shocked when you find out it isn't worth much. When I was going to trade my 96 Cobra with 73k miles in near-pristine condition, the best I could get was $4500 trade-in value. Yep, I still have it.
