1999 Cobra Sway Bar Diameter

Can anyone tell me the actual diameter for the front swaybar on a 99 cobra? I am looking to get an Energy Suspension bushing kit, and have found references that say 27, 28, and 29 mm depending on where I look. I measured mine and it seemed somewhere between 27 and 28mm. Has anyone used this kit or know the correct size bushings?
