You can pick up a Forged cobra crank for about $300 ModMax - 4.6 and 5.4 Modular Experts has some good Manley H beam rods for around $450 ModMax - 4.6 and 5.4 Modular Experts also has some good forged pistons for $490-$515 Or you can go to Modular Mustang Racing and buy one of there rotating assemblies.
Are you talking just the rotating assembly for under $2,000, or are you talking machine work and all?
