We bought my son 1999 Mustang GT convertible. It seems to match the description of the limited editions. Can someone tell me how I can find out for sure if it is a limited edition? Thank you
There used to be a guy here over in the Special Production subforum that could look up the VIN and see if it was one of the Limited Editions. He has given up those duties and nobody else has taken it on. It looks like the only other possibility might be someone on Facebook that does the same thing.
Hop over to our Special Production subforum and there's a thread in there about "35th Anniversary-moving on" (or something to that effect) and it contains a link to the Facebook group being referenced.
Only 2310 convertibles were built. They have some unique visual touches that only came on that one model and haven’t been duplicated. Some pictures would help to identify them.
otherwise you would need to locate someone that can run a VIN report thoigh the proper channels. A Marti report would also do the same
