1st time to track

Well went totest-tune night at loval 1/8 mile track. Was hot(91) and humid as hell. Always wran on 1/4 mile track before so have no idea wheather times are any good. So going to the experts! Tell me what ya think.(by the way, was couople ls1 cameros and ram air firebirds there , ran about a tenth quicker than me.

9.2 @ 77mph is about 14.3 or so @ ~ 99mph in the 1/4. Get some better tires and get your 1/8's into the high 8's and it'll be close to 13's.

those times are pretty decent, but not very great. i was running 13.8-13.9 with quite a bit less. i had stock hci when i was doing those times. driving is key.

1st trip to track

yea....ran on street tires(BFG 285) either spun through first 100 ft or nearly killed it.....think the stock gearing isnt helping either.....thanks for the replys
