They might be hurting you a little, but I doubt by much. I'd go with the Magnaflow catback just in case and for the sound.

Yeah the Magnaflow catback is 2.5 I believe and plus it will give you more HP than those turbo muffs

Magnaflow is on mine and it is quiet and has a great sound.. not the normal flowmaster mustang.

I would agree you may lose a little, with more mods the difference might be bigger. If I had that system I would use it get more mods, then go bigger later, but that is just me. Holy crap I reread your mods. Yes I think you would benefit with bigger pipes.

I like flowmaster sound usually but Magnaflow is better quality and more power, so it wins out over flowmaster IMO

Yup and so are dynomax and a few others out there.. thats why they make more power then the chambered flowmasters. I agree the flowmasters have a nice sound but the drone gets old.

I gotta check the sound clips on the Dynomax mufflers, the straight through ones, and then check the price, maybe they are the better buy

Dynomax bullets and ultraflows are nice. The bullets are loud tho.

Well they seem like the same exact thing as Magnaflow, so pending the price I may just go with those instead.

I'm running the stock tail pipes on my car... I don't "think" they are hurting me. I also run dynomax welded race magnum mufflers (they are now called the welded ultraflows) and they sound AWESOME. I absolutely LOVE the sound of my car, its very different than the norm, but it sounds SO mean. I have a small video on my website with my car at idle and then pulling out...

Dude its obviously not hurting you at all and your times reflect that.. your car sounds identical to my magnaflows only my magnaflows seem a hair quieter.

Seems to me dynomax is just a cheaper version of Magnaflow. Unless dynomax has quality issues I don't know of, they seem like the better alternative.
