Hello, I am new here and first want to say hello to everybody. I live in Germany, where Mustangs are quite rare and information even rarer. I have two Fox body Mustangs, one 1990 7up conv. and one 1988 2.3 EFI coupe.
The Coupe is junk, I kept it as a parts donor for the convertible. The transmission is dead, so I pulled engine and tranny.
A guy who wants to buy the engine asked me complicated technical questions with regard to EFI, I could not gather this info elsewhere, so here they are:
-Are all four injectors fired simultaneously or one after the other (sequentially)?
-what trigger signal comes out of the dizzy per rotation, four impulses or more?
I know this is quite hardcore tech info, but in any case very interesting.
If anybody here knows, I'd be really grateful.
