I think i found out why my car is so slow. I had the rear end in the air today to replace the fuel filter(which didnt help my problems much) and read the tag on the diff. it said 8.8 2.73! How sucky is that? No wonder shes so slow!

These cars are slow no matter what gears you have.

They do lack umph from the factory but 2.73 really don't help.

i would confirm the ratio manually - when we swap gears, we dont modify our gear tags.

i love mine. i may be the only one that did an intake swap before a gear swap. 3.73's are near though.

Not only did I do my gear swap after my intake swap but it was also after the supercharger install

I had HCI, exhaust, DR's before I even thought about doing the gear swap... How I wish I didnt go with 3.73's now. Traction was a joke with HCI, and when the turbo was working I couldnt get traction in any gear if my life depended on it... next gears will be 3.08's probably.
