I installed a 2 barrel weber on my NA 2.3. Now my cylinders 1 and 2 run the fuel/air mixture, but 3 and 4 are too rich. Number 3 spark plug is caked with black build up, due to running real rich. Any suggestions?
I would put the 1 barrel back on, but I can't find the base plate for it.
How is the Holley/Webber mounted to the 1bbl intake? When I had my 86 LX the 1bbl intake had what looked like a plate that made it into the 1bbl intake. If the 2bbl carb is not mounted high enough I could see where the air/fuel mix is not getting a chance to swirl and mix and fill the plenum to ensure that you get even distribution.
