Okay guys I have two guages on my dash dead on the 93. It is the two on the top corners, they were dead when I bought the car. I would like to get them working again since one is the oil pressure guage and that is very important. The other is the Voltmeter. Is there a single fuse that could cause this? I have no idea what would cause it on these cars, if anyone has a wiring diagram I am sure that would help as well.

First thing (for the oil PSI) look behind the PS pump for the diaphram. On top of it, there is a single wire that should be hooked up to it.

The diaphram is shapped similar to a bell. If the wire on top of it isn't hooked up the gauge won't work. Start with that

Yes charging system works fine. I was going to check the wire to the sending unit, but it is dark out and I can't see a thing. I will grab a flashlight at home and check ASAP.

Well I went back again and cleaned out the sending unit wire with some brake cleaner. Hooked it back up and now I have oil pressure registering on the guage. Now all that is left is the voltmeter.

The reason I asked about the charging system is that the switch-and-sense wire for the alternator goes through the stock voltmeter IIRC.

If juice is making it from the ignition switch through the guage and to the alternator, the lt green/red wire at the alt should show 12 volts. If it does, I am wondering if the actual gauge itself went south but is somehow still working (I am not smart enough to know if the resistor in the harness by the guage is so the alt will continue to work if the gauge is dead. Jrichker, TMoss and the other smart folks will be able to help.

Good luck.
