2 shorts, where to start looking

the 5 amp fuse for the illumination keping blowing, and the 20 amp for the cruise control works when i put in the fuse when the car in running but when its off and the accesory is turned on it blows, what else do they power and where should i start looking?

The cruse control shares power with the cigarette lighter. Make sure that a coin hasn't dropped down in the lighter socket and that the lighter isn't faulty.

my lighter works and cruise fuse blows, ive went high and low for both of them, both of them have to do with illumination, the 5 amp with my instrument ill and the 20 amp for day and night ill. also the 20amp says a/c clutch, what and where is it?
