2000 Gt Check Engine Soon light after tranny rebuild

Just got my stang back from a whole new tranny rebuild. Picked up the car n 5 minutes later i noticed the CHECK ENGINE SOON light is on. The Shop is closed, so im thinking of calling tommorow. Is it most likely something small? or do i have to worry. The shop is very reputable, and im pretty sure it shouldnt be something big. Any suggestions on what it might be?

they probably didnt tighten a o2 sensor all the way, or plug them back in

Take it to autozone or the like and have them read the codes.

take it back. they should warranty their work.

yea, im going to take it back in the am, i was just hoping maybe there is something i could do myself. they said they had to take the exhaust out to get to the tranny, so im thinking its an o2 sensor.
