OK, so I have a 2000 4.6 gt. I made the stupid decision to clean the engine off. I started it up and it started missing, drove it around and it didn't clear up. Popped the cel light on, scanned it came up p0305(misfire #5 cylinder), pulled the coil pack out and it looked dry. I switched it with #6 cylinder the miss went to #6 so I got a new coil pack and put it in its place. The miss went away from that cyl. but then I got miss for #2 cyl. I pulled all the coil packs and blew out the heads with air and dried everything out. Put it all together now I get a p0300(multiple misfires). It gets worse when it warms up also. I'm out of I ideas short of replacing every coil pack which is my next move.

You still have moisture somewhere. Take each pack and plug and dry them throughly. It isn't anymore than making sure all the moisture is gone.
