2000 gt problems

what up guys...i've got a 2000 gt with some problems that somebody might know something about...when my stang's rear dips, such as fast acceleration, changing gears, or going up a hill, i can hear a very annoying grinding noise from under the car...i've checked to see if anything is loose but i'm lost...any suggestions? also, what is the green circle light on my instrument panel? i noticed when my stang was under full throttle it used to come on, now the green cirlce light does not come on and will not give me full throttle, is that problem related? lastly, as i just mentioned, my stang will not go full throttle...it fall on its face when i try to stomp it, it burns gas rich, poor gas mileage, but i've recently replaced the 02 sensors, the idle air control valve, and put on another (used) mass air sensor...could it need plugs and plug wires...please give suggestions if you may know my problems...I WANT MY PONY BACK TO NORMAL!!!

That little green light you speak about is the traction control being engaged because it is sensing wheel spin and cuts power to the real wheels until no wheel spin is present then all goes back to normal.

sounds like you may have a problem with the abs or traction control function. Make sure the traction control is on and take off hard in loose sand or damp pavement and see if the green wheel comes on. If not, take to a shop.

I agree with 03ghoststang, the green round light is the traction control light showing that the traction control is in use--it retards the timing and engages the ABS system to whichever tire(s) are spinning. Since this may not be happening anymore, I would check the rear end to see if there is any damage to it and also troubleshoot the traction control system.
