Started to have a odd issue where the door lock button on both the driver / passenger side doesn't work. The power mirror doesn't work either. The door locks work fine from the remote so not sure what's going on. Initially I was thinking fuse but since it works from the remote I'm not sure the issue.

It may be your driver side door lock button/switch. I think power passes through it to go to the other switch on the other side. Been awhile since I've had to deal with it but a few years back I had to replace my switch. There are ways to test it. I don't know how the power mirror would play into this though. And there is a harness down by the driver's kick plate.
