Just installed twin turbos now it won't stay running I installed a performance fuel pump 42lb injectors

I have a sct bdx tuner it will take a preloaded tune but won't take a custom tune I have a 75mm throttle body and plenum vms racing coils good plugs I just got my tuner device back yesterday I had to send it off I have 42lb injectors there's no option for that on my tuner
