2001 Cobra California Emissions

My 2001 Cobra was delivered new to Oregon state. Would it have been delivered with California emissions? If not, what is different on a CA emissions cobra and is it possible to retrofit my car to meet CA requirements?
Any estimate on $ costs? And what is involved? Thanks

Oregon does not follow Cali emissions.
New York, Vermont, Massachusetts and Maine do.

If your car does not have a California emissions control system, you may have to pay $300 in fees or have your car retrofitted.

ya cali emissions suck, i moved to texas from L.A. they were always on my ass about it.

I bought my Cobra in New York. It is a 2001. Does that mean it has the CA emissions? If so, what exactly did they put on for that year and how do I get rid of it!
