2001 cobra seats

I recently purchased seats out of a 2001 Cobra for my 88 Mustang lx notchback. I know the front seats will bolt in but does anyone know if the rear seat will work. The seller said they would. Any info would be appreciated.

I got the 03 Cobras in my 93 hatchback. They will work, but you have to do a little work. I took the skins off of the 03's and put them over my 93 cushions/frame. For the bottoms I did the same. The bottoms I used safety wire from underneath the seat to pull and tweak the leather so there is no wrinkles. Some have had the seats re-sewn with the leathers.
