If you’re shopping for a SN95 Ford Mustang this is one of the finest you’ll see. This 2001 Ford Mustang GT convertible is rare in that the car is mostly stock. No bolt on performance parts. Everything on the car is a factory Ford part or better. Keep the car as is and you’ll have a great cruiser or go nuts and turn it into an all-out brawler. The possibilities with this car are nearly endless.
The car works flawlessly. Daily driven by an adult and has 96,000 miles on the clock. The AC is cold, the heat is hot, and the top functions perfectly; there are no check engine lights. No fluids leak or rough idle. The engine is Fords bullet proof 4.6L V8 tied to a smooth, when you want it to be, 4 speed automatic transmission. The brake rotors and pads were replaced in February. The car has only received full synthetic oil changes. It’s running on factory Ford Mach 1 wheels with Kumho Ecsta 4x W rated tires.
Inside the comfy leather bucket seats are in good condition (wear on the drives seat as pictured). The sound system has been updated with Polk audio and Kicker speakers and a JVC Radio/CD player that’s iPod ready. All the lights and indicators work well and shine bright.
The paint has touch up areas mostly on the front bumper and driver’s side door. There are also two small dings above the rear wheel well on the passenger side. The top functions well (the hydraulic cylinders were both replaced) and keeps the rain out but has a few wear marks. All of these flaws are pictured and really are the only things wrong with the car. It passed emissions just a few months ago and has no check engine lights. I have records for every part replaced on the car since I’ve owned it, and there are no leans or loans out against the car.
