If you believe SHM - some do not - you can find flow data on page 43 of his "How To Build Max-Performance 4.6-Liter Ford Engines" book. For the PI he's got:

Intake:
.050 25
.100 51
.150 76
.200 102
.250 124
.300 138
.350 149
.400 153
.450 155
.500 156
.550 159
.600 160

Exhaust:
.050 24
.100 49
.150 68
.200 84
.250 96
.300 107
.350 116
.400 123
.450 130
.500 133
.550 136
.600 138

Take these with a grain of salt though as some of the other numbers in this book, such as PI chamber volumes and compression ratios appear incorrect (e.g., for chamber volume he says 42cc, the actual spec is 43.9...)

The actual flow data is

intake ------- exhaust

.200 ---- 111 ---- 95
.250 ---- 133 ---- 111
.300 ---- 150 ---- 123
.350 ---- 164 ---- 133
.400 ---- 170 ---- 139
.450 ---- 175 ---- 144
.500 ---- 179 ---- 150
.550 ---- 180 ---- 154
.600 ---- 181 ---- 155

this was for a 99 GT (PI heads) done by a person from Anderson Ford Motorsport in the 5.0 mustang mag.
