The K member is usually the issue with these swaps, but since your car was a V6- it already has the correct K member. I can’t speak on the cylinder heads (cause I’m not sure) but Sn95 headers should go right in .

I May be able to shed light on this, I have this swap completely done. 01 new edge 3.8 to 306 sbf t5 to 8.8
Im running e7s though for heads, since i already had the headers im not sure what they are from but I think they are fox headers. I also used a fox bbk x pipe as well and it all fit with ease. let me know if you need some pics.
