Is there a mod that could be done to make the passenger side hole next to the fog light to make more air flow to the air filter? And would this be a wothwhile mod, thanks.

It I'm not mistaken JLP used to make a CAI that utilized the ducts from both sides to supply the car with more fresh air. Most 03/04 owners will just remove the passenger side headlight and then use a CAI/filter that connected directly to the MAF. As for whether it's a worthwile mod... I would have to say no. The hole in the passenger fender feeds plent of cool fresh air to the filter once the car is moving.

I have a buddy with the JLP dual ram air kit.

I don't think it matters when you are forcing excess boost through though.

I have the fender mount JLT and you can feel it sucking air in when you put your hand up to it and have someone hit the gas.

I think it would be more beneficial to arrange plumbing to re-direct aitflow to the heat exchanger for more cooling.

I agree... although I don't think there's any way you could get any more airflow through the stock unit without opening up the bumper more.

The holes in the bumper are for brake ducts. Using them for intake would be scary in the rain.
