I have been offered some stock 2003 Cobra 5 stars, satin finish, Ford rims (not repops) for 300 bux. I figure it's a good deal since it is a set of 4 with good Goodyear tires... at least 50% life.

My question is what is the concensous of opinion on how that wheel will look on a 'jellybean' GT? They are 17", and I think (not sure) that the offset was slightly different on the later body style... Should be 17"x9". ??? They have Goodyear 245/45/17s mounted.

The jellybean is a 94-98 style with stock 5 spoke 16" rims.

If you have any pics of these rims on this body style, that'd be awesome!

I am asking for my 16 yo son. He'd love some high dollar rims, but unless we find fancy rims for this sort of money, he will have to settle!

If he gets these rims, we would have to sell his stock 16" silver rims with 4 good tires.

What is the going value of a set of 94-95 GT 5 spokes in silver?
I am sure it's not much, but with excellent Z rated tires, they should make up some of the cost. ???

I sold my 2000 GT's stock rims for $500 to someone who totalled their mustang and wanted to get their high-dollar rims off of there and still recieve money from the insurance company. They had horrible tires that were at ~10% life. Id say it was a good bit of luck, but id imagine you could get a few hundred.

The hardest part is finding someone who wants stock rims, not the price.
