hey guys....i have a question about a shortblock i have the oppertunity to buy. its a forged shortblock for a 2003 cobra. it's brand new, never been run. it was rejected from the plant because a external block bung is cracked. very minor and can be tig'ed without a problem. my question is will pi heads bolt right up to this block? i have a 96 motor. will my timing cover bolt up? i guess my real question is....is this a hard swapt. i am a skilled mechanic i just dont want to have to buy a bunch of parts that i wasnt expecting after a negotiate a deal. oh and he wants 800 for the block. really good deal in my opinion. thanks for the help guys.
